1. What types of products do you offer?

We specialize in handmade crochet items, including charming dolls, cozy accessories, and other unique creations. Each item is carefully crafted to bring warmth and joy to your space.

2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

  • In-Stock Items: Processed within 24 hours and shipped within 1–3 business days.
  • Custom Orders: These items are handmade to order and may take 1–3 business days to create before shipping.
  • Please note, we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

3. Do you offer custom crochet items?

Yes! We’re happy to create custom crochet items upon request. Visit our Custom Orders page or contact us for more information on the process, pricing, and availability.

4. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. If you're located elsewhere, please reach out to us at info@malicascreations.com for international shipping options.

5. How much does shipping cost?

  • Canada: Flat rate of 12 CAD, or free for orders over 75 CAD.
  • United States: Flat rate of 20 CAD, or free for orders over 75 CAD.

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track Your Order page for real-time updates on your package’s journey.

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We want you to love your items! If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss a return or exchange. Custom orders may not be eligible for returns, but we’re always here to help address any issues.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments for your convenience and security.

Each piece is crafted with high-quality materials, locally sourced, thoughtfully selected and handmade with love. For lasting beauty:

  • Gently hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent.
  • Lay flat to dry to help preserve the shape and texture.
  • Avoid wringing or twisting to protect its handcrafted detail.

10. Can I send items as a gift?

Absolutely! Our crochet items make perfect gifts. If you’d like a gift note included, just add it to the order notes during checkout.

11. What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received incorrect, missing, or defective merchandise. Include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and any related references. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
